Mysmartcaredoc (the website) or an application/platform Mysmartcaredoc (the app) are the part of MySMartCareDoc PVT.LTD , an Indian Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at White House, Suite No 813, Block- III, Kundanbagh Colony, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016

The user interface, platform, Website and App, along with all associated design, software, data, user servers, user inputs and all associated services shall collectively be known as the “Platform/Website”. The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/ “Company” individually and collectively refer to MySmartCareDoc PVT.LTD and the terms “You” / “Your” / “Visitor”/ “User” /“Yourself” refer to the Users. When you are making any payments, we collect billing details from you such as your name, name of company, billing address, contact number, payment method and IP address, and then redirect you to a secure payment service provider platform operated by our payments partner(s) authorized banks, Razorpay, Phone pe,Paytm etc and other payment partners which may be added time to time. We do not store any payment related information such as credit/debit card details and/or bank details
